What refrigerant leak repair actually involves
The work starts with finding the leak instead of just adding refrigerant. We check pressures and temperatures, then trace the circuit with an electronic detector and, where needed, dye or a nitrogen pressure test. Leaks show up at service valves, brazed joints, line set rub points, the indoor coil and the outdoor coil.
